27 Secrets "How To Be Happy"

or

"Be happy for easy life"

What every person should know.

Secret # 1

No one can do it but you.

The only person who can do it is you. It's hard but rewarding. Being unhappy will drain you and make you sick. Being happy will bring you all things you want effortlessly. My suggestion? Be happy...

Secret #2

How to know when you are unhappy?
We are so used to negativity that it feels normal to have some level of low vibration, irritation, anger, fear, etc. It would take me a while to list all the "side effects," and it does not serve the purpose of this book. If you are happy, you don't need to read anything, right? But if you deep down know that there has to be an easier way to live—there is.

Secret #3

The most important thing.

The most important thing you can do is realize—become aware—of when you are happy and when you're not. Sounds simple. Logically, it is. Emotionally? Not so much.
Start noticing: how long are you actually happy? How long are you irritated?
Test it.

Secret #4

One step forward, two steps back.

Or maybe two steps forward, one step back. I don’t know exactly how much negativity pulls us away from all the positive progress we’ve done. Does being happy for 10 minutes move us forward—even if we’re unhappy for the next half hour?
In a way, it doesn’t matter. The goal is to feel good most of the time.
All I know that the secret to happiness, success, and bliss is maintaining the feeling good.

Secret #5

The secret to happiness is Zero Limits.
When you’ve been angry for a few hours, you can’t just switch to euphoria and rainbows. Sometimes, it takes a day or two to return to Zero Limits—that calm space where everything simply is… like the cosmos, effortlessly existing in its beautiful, balanced state. Detach yourself from outside world. Be totally inner.
You truly appreciate Zero Limits only after turbulence. It’s in that quiet return to stillness. You are happy coming back to calmness to realize that what finally you are ok.

Secret #6

Beauty will save the world.

How do you get to Zero Limits?
Beauty is one of the portals. I make something pretty, clean something, or buy a beautiful item—and then admire it for a very long time.
Here’s the philosophy: every cell in our body is drawn to perfection. When disturbed, our cells work in the fastest, most efficient way to return to balance—aka Zero Limits.
If we simply followed the guidance of our cells, we’d be living the life of our dreams a long time ago.
But instead... two steps back. Darn.

Secret #7

Feeling bad? You have 3 choices.
How do you get out of a bad emotional state?
You only have 3 choices:

- Act to change the situation,

- Leave the situation, or

- Surrender to it.

For example, if something irritates you, you can choose to take action and change it. You can also choose to walk away and forget about it. And if you have to stay in it—surrender. Accept that it’s there. Sometimes, that’s the only way through.

Secret #8

When you are in extreme pain.

You probably have only one choice — go through it— feel it more. Feel it deeply. Notice how it affects your body, how it hurts, how your heart is crying inside. Feel it fully.
By observing your pain body, you start to detach yourself from it and simply watch it with your calm soul. It’s like analyzing something outside of you - it's not you anymore, but aside of you. In doing so, you become pure. Instead of going around the pain, you went through it.

Secret #9

Not so bad... Start a new chapter.

Every time you do something new, it’s a chance to reset your happiness. A car drive—new chapter. Turning on music—a new segment of the day. Work, home—different environments. Making a phone call—again, a new experience. Meditating or taking a nap is the best way to reset your mood.
My husband always tells me, “Go back to bed and wake up being nice.”
Do anything that stops a negative emotion from taking over and starts a new chapter of your choosing.

Secret #10
Crying is always a release—and a relief.

Feel like crying? Cry - it's all good for you.

Secret #11

Go deeper.

What does it even mean? Concentrate on one sense. Feel the water, hear a bird, look at your hand—and sense the liveliness of it all with your soul. Then try to extend that moment. “It’s consciousness looking at itself.” It’s Zero Limits. Feel your soul with your eyes closed. I love to feel myself before I go to sleep—feeling myself inside myself.
It’s so open there, rejuvenating, full of possibilities, and… addictive.

Secret #12

Self-Help Shelf.
You will find yours. Mine started with "Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. Then "Zero Limits" by Joe Vitale. After that, Esther Hicks and Neville Goddard. Then "Meditate with Jess", Dr. Joe Dispenza, John Moyer. I want to mention Kyle Gray’s "Raise Your Vibration". Thank goodness we live in era with so many books, audiobooks, and podcasts.

I had no idea how to reach "power of now." I often quote authors I love.
At first, their words felt like a mystery—what did they even mean? How do you actually do it? For example:

“Consciousness looking at itself...”

“Want to heal? Go deeper...”

“Our life consists of a million tiny moments but is there only one moment—Now?”

“The material world is an extension of the soul.”

"The depth of God’s dwelling never ends."

And so many others. It took me 10 years to internalize. Now it's just "remember to remember" to upkeep those beautiful things.

Secret #13
The biggest challenge is maintaining happiness.

You’re not a screw-up if you feel unhappy—just return to happiness when you can.
When I slip, I turn my attention to the composition of shapes, colors… I notice something beautiful in front of me.
And sometimes, I don’t succeed.
Then I change the chapter, take a nap, or go deeper.

Secret #14

Your mind is an obstacle.

Trees grow without thinking. Your desires grow without thinking—they just come.
Know that everything in your life magically appeared simply because you thought about it and gave it your undivided attention.
Relax, my goodness.
How hard can it be?

Secret#15

Like food, drinking, smoking? Me too.

It’s okay—if you taste it fully. Savor and enjoy every single ingredient. I like the buzz a beer gives me—it relaxes me.

Anything that you do with pleasure it enriches you. You know what I mean. Are you thinking, "I'm bad doing it" - no you not. The worst thing you can do for yourself is eat yourself from inside.

Secret #16

The next worst thing you can do…

Sink into analyzing circumstances, play and replay situations in your head, remember every bad thing, argue with people, etc. Catch it and forget it. Because once it’s propelled, it’s very hard to stop. Stop it as soon as possible—or you’ll need to take a nap.

Secret #17

Fear of job, fear of money, fear of “what ifs”…

I think we can establish the fact that everything you want is possible. Situations can—and will—change by the time they arrive. And you worried for nothing. Live today.
Responsibly, of course. Focus on more important things (Your Consciousness).

Secret #18

Everything comes to you effortlessly.

Live as if you already have it. Imagine it if you’re already there. Your vibration is high, you radiate exhilaration, and expectation, and bliss, and it will come easy, naturally without any effort on our part. From that space, everything flows—easily, naturally, and without effort on your part.

Secret #19

Removing blocks.

Less thinking, more relaxing.
Zero Limits is all you need.
Can’t relax? Can’t sit still? Feel like you need to do something?
Start cleaning, cooking, beautifying.
We are naturally drawn to perfection—so make something pretty, make something tasty, and it will shift you to a better place.

I know I'm repeating myself. Do same thing for same outcome.

Secret #20

A job you hate.

Thinking about the job is more painful than actually doing it.
I think because by doing it we are losing yourself in a moment.

Secret #21

God wants us to be happy.

Being imperfect is human. It’s almost like we came here to experience unhappiness—just so we could learn how to return to happiness through life itself.
You know, “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” LOL

Secret #22

How to release negativity instantly?

“Drop it like a hot coal.”
Okay… but how?!
It's up and running. So how do you drop it?

My grandma used to emotionally spit over her shoulder—and that was it. She released the negativity and never thought about it again. Birds flap their wings after a fight.
Find your way. I’m still working on mine.

Secret #23

Work-Home balance. Kids-Adults balance.

You need time for yourself. You need time to do what you like.
And if you really, really want it—you’ll find a way.
No sacrificing allowed.

Secret #24

It's normal.

You got what you wanted—and you’re still unhappy. It’s normal. You gave attention, you got it, and now you want more. Maybe you grew faster when the thing arrived? Basically, old news. Keep living.

Secret #25

People hurt others because they’re suffering inside.

Send them a warm ray of the sun. Happy people don’t have the desire for suffering.
If a terrorist would be surrounded by monks, they likely wouldn’t feel the urge to cause pain. If an unconscious person is surrounded by gang members, they often become destructive too. The moral of the story?
Your consciousness—your awareness of who you are—will save humanity.

Secret #26

Purpose of life.
There is nothing you need to do or become.
Absorb the world. Feel the world. Adjust your vibration.
If everything is energy, you are energy too. What you see, hear, and experience depends on the frequency you hold. We came here to feel, to vibrate, and to expand.
Your presence in this world enriches both the seen and unseen.
Isn’t that awesome?

Secret #27

How do you know you’re there? in Zero Limits?

Thankfulness. If you feel so good that you want to thank everyone and everything—from the bottom of your heart—you’re there.
Actually… you’ll just know.

Secret #28 (added)

Forgiveness.

When do you know you forgave? Forgave others and yourself? Then you forgot it. Still remember? It means it's still here inside of you. Keep letting go, because everything is changing, everything is moving, and what happened days or years ago has nothing to do with the now and the future.

Live happily!
